Loose Car Seat: Fix Slipping & Wobbly Seat

Hello forum,

'For some time now, I've noticed that my driver's seat shifts backward or forward due to inertia when I accelerate quickly from a standstill or brake hard. It feels like it's sliding slightly under me.'

That's a very unpleasant feeling, and I have the impression that it's getting worse.

I checked the fitting, and at first glance, it seems like there's no problem; everything appears to be securely in place.

Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. A4 B5 Avant, manufactured in May 1999, with AFB engine, quattro all-wheel drive, and tiptronic transmission. Leather sports seats, electrically adjustable, including airbag. The current mileage is approximately 200,000 km.
