Coupling including. ZMS for Golf 3 AFN

Since I'm in the process of upgrading my 1997 Golf 3, I signed up here for all the information.

I have been dealing with the clutch since yesterday and am now confused by the variety of clutch options available. Either I find the 220mm coupling or the 228mm coupling.

Available options:

220mm Coupling (from factory)
228mm Coupling (as per) Spot trading (also auch suitable for)

Since I found an affordable Sachs 228mm clutch set ( including ZMS ), I wanted to know if it would fit without any problems. On the internet, you generally don't find very helpful posts, because they mostly focus on tuning rather than the clutch.

I don't want to install an EMS, or do anything else to significantly modify it.

Golf Data:

Golf 3 Cabrio, manufactured in 1997
AFN Motor / CYP Gearbox (5-speed)

Hallo,

hier habe ich mal eine Auswahl :

SACHS 3000 951 005

=> 220 mm => dafür finde ich nirgendwo (im Netz) ein ZMS

SACHS 3000 951 790

=> das wäre preislich am interessantesten ABER 228mm!

Ich habe zur Sicherheit heute morgen auch noch einmal bei VW angerufen, mein 3er hat laut AKTE eine 220mm Kupplung.

Natuerlich koennte ich das ZMS nun auch sein lassen, aber wenn sowieso alles offen ist.


Bei einem LUK Repsatz lassen sich nirgendwo die MM Angaben finden.
