Injection quantity - "Deviation"

Hello!

I've been driving around here all the time because I'm actually having problems with my steering (but that's a different issue).

Then I thought: Why don't you also take a look at the engine data (without having any problems).
"I'm consistently getting a negative value for fuel injection quantity on cylinder 1, even at higher RPMs when the engine is idling. I haven't done a road test yet. Where can I find the target values?" "Or, how big can the differences be?"

Now the question is... do I have a problem?
I've uploaded the log file.

Absolutely OK, the dosage would be +/- 2.99mg per injection.
