Injector Nozzles: Can You Repair the "Tips"?

I thought I would post here with my question, as I often hear that everyone here has a real plan!
Can I screw different nozzles onto a pump injector and use larger ones? The purpose is to increase performance. I'm currently getting 150 horsepower with the stock injectors in my 1.9 TDI (ATD engine). Which ones would be suitable, and where can I get such nozzles (if it's even possible)?
