I need to verschandeln the PD elements. I have all the necessary tools for disassembly according to the ELSA instructions.

My question is: Is there a slightly "simpler" installation method?

Or is the mounting device 2036 with fastening plates 2036/1 absolutely necessary?
Can valve levers 541/1A be used in conjunction with pressure plates 541/5?

Is there a cheaper alternative for getting the PDs (presumably referring to something like pressure distribution sensors) into the seat?

I don't have any experience in that area and would appreciate some help.

Within the last two years, I have changed three PPDE (precision pressure dielectric elastomers) at the BRD (likely a company or organization). Besides the dial gauge holder, I have never had or used any other specialized tools.

Simply push it in as far as possible by hand, using the force you can apply, and then carefully pull the rest into place with the screws, always alternating half a turn on each screw.

Is there a risk of incorrectly inserting the PPDE manually?
