Steering rack replacement Fabia I, torque specs, etc., steering rack

Okay, after almost 300,000 km, the steering rack on my Fabia has so much play that it needs to be replaced. There's a noticeable rattling sound when turning the steering wheel, and you can also feel it on the steering shaft.

And that's where the questions start.

As far as I can tell, the support frame or console needs to be removed in order to access and remove the steering rack.

Unfortunately, I don't have the correct torque specifications and the degree measurement (90°?) that should be used for tightening.
What torque (in Nm) and then what angle (in degrees) should the screws be tightened to?

And then I also have a question about whether the servo hoses (15 years old) and the sensor should be replaced at the same time. (Unfortunately, this is also a cost factor, since the Fabia only needs to run for another two years).

And the final question: What does the notation regarding the number of discs mean when selecting a steering gearbox, specifically referring to steering gearboxes with one disc versus those with two discs? What kind of discs are you referring to?

As far as I can tell without having the original AKTE software, the steering rack in my Fabia was supposed to be equipped with a Valeo sensor and two discs.

I've just now read the question. For some reason, I didn't receive any notification email about a reply.

Unfortunately, the steering gear was actually worn out and also leaking, and it couldn't be adjusted.

The driving experience is better, but still mediocre, which may not be solely due to the new, soft winter tires.

I guess I also need to replace the A2 control arm bushings, which shouldn't fail after this much mileage.
