Lead-free solder. That's all I'm saying! The solution would be to vacuum out the old solder and re-solder with leaded solder. I would do it like this and try it out.

Hello everyone,

I am now experiencing the exact same problem as described above.

I had the error removed, but it reappeared after about 2 weeks.

I would like to replace the switch now.
The switch installed in my Polo has the following number:
1K0 919 237 E

Unfortunately, I can hardly find any spare parts with the E at the end, but I do find many with a C or D.

Can someone tell me if the parts with the different ending letters are 1:1 compatible?
