Audi A4: Rear Left Door Won't Open?

The rear left door cannot be opened with the central locking system. However, it can be opened from the inside. After that, it can also be opened again from the outside.
Attempting to reset the system by disconnecting the battery for 1 minute, simultaneously operating the lever from the outside and activating the central locking system, did not help.

It could also be due to a microswitch in the lock mechanism. In this case, a replacement would be necessary.
