Yes, that's correct. However, you will only have two relays working without automation. Therefore, the relays and the control from the MSG are already okay (perhaps only pin 24 is missing, which is the relay's feedback to the MSG, but this is unlikely.)
What else might be missing? Feedback from automatic start-stop relay to the MSG, pin 23 (but should this even be present without automatic start-stop?). There, however, the specific one is connected with the Start/Stop button.
Coupling pedal switch (must connect to ground at MSG pin 39, which you already replaced).
Honestly, I don't really notice anything special about the SLP. Possibly a brake pedal switch?

He only switches between MSG Pin 23 and D. But I think the SLP is a bit faulty at this point, because some things are not properly connected. Sorry, I can't help with that.
Have you checked the switches in the data blocks (coupling, BOTH brake pedal switches and the start switch)?
