VW Touareg: 3.0 TDI Problems & Solutions

I signed up here because we're at a loss and don't know what else to do.

My 2009 VW Touareg with a 3.0 TDI engine, 239 horsepower and engine code CAS, is injecting 5mg of diesel per hour into cylinder number 5.
When idling, a cloud of unburned diesel fuel eventually comes out from the back.

All 6 injectors have now been replaced, but the problem persists.
The injection times cannot be read; they always display 0.0 ms. Therefore, I can only use the mg/H value.

When it's cold, it runs very unevenly, which then decreases as it warms up, but doesn't completely disappear.

What's also surprising is that when using VCDS in German, everything related to the engine control unit is displayed in English. Furthermore, it seems there's an issue with the display showing "Cylinder 1, 2, 3 and then 4, 4, 4" instead of a complete set of readings for all cylinders.

The current assumption is that the previous owner may have had the microchip implanted incorrectly.

Does anyone have any ideas?
