Okay, I understand. Just to clarify, all four of my components have the same production date, etc.

Too bad, I was hoping someone might have another idea about what I could try.

If the idle speed control system is working correctly, then the most likely causes are a faulty dual-mass flywheel (DMF) or damaged engine mounts (torn or too loose).
"The engine mounts on my motorcycle are very soft, which allows the engine to swing easily, and that's why I'm not worried about it. Perhaps something has broken off on yours?"

Best regards, Rainer.

The torque strut has been replaced, and the other two engine mounts are 'soft' due to their age.

It seems that ZMS doesn't have it. icon_sad.gif

Try to observe the idle speed control at 1200 RPM. To do this, slightly pre-tension the accelerator pedal.
The LLR (likely referring to a specific system or function) probably still works at the current speed, and possibly even at higher speeds.

Hello,

I apologize for the long wait for my response. I don't have the idle speed control values yet, but I have found the error.

It's the flywheel. You can actually look inside the transmission bell housing from the engine side. I took a look at it while the engine was idling, and it seems to wobble in time with the engine's irregular running. Apparently, the engine's idle speed control system compensates for this imbalance when the engine is idling.

How can an EMS (Engine Management System) be damaged, or is it the crankshaft flange that's affected?

Regards,
Oliver.

Hm, unlikely. How did you check the roundness? The ring gear for the starter motor must run smoothly; everything else doesn't really matter. icon_idea.gif

If it were an AXR engine with a ZMS flywheel, the clutch would start to slip at 2000 RPM.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to determine the exact cause until it's disassembled and measured, but in my opinion, the crankshaft is a likely culprit.

I've now had several warped AXR crankshafts in my possession. This is no longer acceptable.
What surprises me is the production year of your AXR engine. All the crankshafts with that characteristic bend that I've seen so far have been from the MJ02 production run. I haven't encountered any like that since then.
