VCDS/OBD2 Diagnostic Tool for Sale

I am returning my Passat B6 to VW and, for that reason, I would like to sell the "Kaufmann VCDS/OBD2 Professional Diagnostic KKL+CAN" adapter.
I have 5 questions about this.
- What licensing aspects do I need to consider?
- Isn't the USB adapter also a license dongle for the VCDS software?
- Is the software unlimited in terms of the FIN (Federal Identification Number)?
- Does the buyer absolutely have to contact Kaufman and take over my customer account?
- Or can I simply load the software onto a USB stick and that's it?

Yes, the VCDS license is embedded in the interface itself. Regarding support for the buyer, it would be helpful if you changed your customer account to reflect this.
