It's slowly becoming tedious.

Trying to repair something you don't understand is rarely successful. icon_idea.gif

Please familiarize yourself with the absolute basics first, and most importantly, understand how a diesel engine works.

Now that you understand how a diesel engine works, you should be able to figure out for yourself why your previous post is inappropriate.

For understanding: In a diesel engine at idle, there is a multiple of air compared to the amount of fuel being burned, and this is only reduced by the EGR rate.

The probability that there is insufficient air for combustion, specifically at the operating point where normally a multiple of the required amount is available, is very close to 0%.

Purely from a logical standpoint, one might want to investigate where there are other bottlenecks, for example, under full load.

And even in that case, it's true that more than enough clues have already been provided regarding what needs to be investigated.

I noticed that the switching behavior of the PD elements has improved significantly after the differential pressure sensor was replaced.
indicates that something unintended and uncontrolled has been changed. The values are too good to be true. What were they like before?
Therefore, I also view your statement above

Regarding the things you mentioned, I have already checked them, and everything is in order.
with some reservation. It is unclear to me whether there is something wrong with the DPF or whether the engine is producing excessive soot.
The condition of the exhaust gas cleaning system is best assessed by examining the complete values of the DPF (after regeneration) and performing a properly executed differential pressure measurement, as described here https://community.dieselschrauber.org/en/viewtopic.php?t=24222..
That's how I would start.
Question: Autoscan?

I will send you the Autoscan.

Update:

Yesterday, the DPF light came on. Today, I drove 29 km to work at 2500 rpm on the highway, with VCDS connected.
After 10 minutes, the loading coefficient returned to 0%, and the light turned off again.

I've attached a picture I took while driving at 2500 RPM, showing the values displayed.

The differential pressure at 2500 RPM seems stable, which is a good sign, right?

After the regeneration, the load coefficient remained constant at 0, even after the ABS activation, during which I drove at 50 km/h for 10 minutes.

Sometimes, when I start the engine, the display shows "Oil level sensor - workshop." I've been ignoring this message so far.

When I drive in mode AB, VCDS shows an oil temperature of 150 degrees, which is not possible. I know that the sensor must be faulty.

Okay, so here's the thing. I was driving home from work, and for about 10 minutes, VCDS showed me the oil temperature, but the load coefficient was still stuck at 0%.

Suddenly, the oil temperature remained stuck at 38 degrees (it seemed to be frozen), and at the same time, the load coefficient suddenly increased, even though I was driving above 2500 RPM.

I suspect that my oil level sensor is malfunctioning intermittently and is telling the engine control unit (ECU) that the oil temperature is 38 degrees, which is why the load coefficient is increasing so quickly.

I'll measure it again for two days while driving to see if the load coefficient decreases when the oil temperature is displayed.

Is the oil temperature detected by the oil level sensor?

I would still appreciate your responses.

The linked text provides a detailed and comprehensive explanation of differential pressure measurement.
Your value is, let's just say, not comparable.
Now, a new problem has emerged with the oil temperature sensor.
Maybe you should take a closer look at your wiring.
The comments from the previous speaker weren't entirely off the mark. I also started something similar, but our explanations should at least be worthwhile.

It's not a waste of time; I'll read through it.

But in the Golf V, is the oil temperature detected by the oil level sensor?
