Glow plug light flashing, DPF and engine check lights on

Hello, I'm having a problem that's similar to something that was posted here before. Audi A3, 2.0 TDI, first registration: 01/2008, mileage: 0588; AAV.
It's my son's car, and according to his description, the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) light has been coming on more frequently lately, but it seems to be resolved with a regeneration cycle. During its last trip, the PDF (likely referring to a specific system warning light) light came on, along with the engine check light, and the preheating light is blinking. The car is in a limp mode.
Today, I read the error memory, and the following two errors were stored:

08194 Particle filter, Bank 1, efficiency below threshold.
00579 Electromagnetic switch, either statically blocked or without voltage.

The error 00579 could be cleared, and it has not reappeared since.

The vehicle is still experiencing issues, and the warning lights are still on.
I'm now wondering where I can start troubleshooting, as a regeneration of the DPF couldn't be initiated today through a regeneration cycle.

I read the data using a Foxwell NT 510 that I purchased a few years ago when I still owned an Audi. I'll need to look into that more closely tomorrow.
It would be great if someone could give me a little help with that.

Can this device read the DPF fill level?

I would recommend purchasing a support ticket from the shop, because otherwise, the support you receive here will likely be very limited. Or you could acquire an interface...
I can tell you from my own experience that the support here with the premium service is really excellent in the long run, and it's better than anywhere else!

I think the device can do that. I'll try it out again today. If I remember correctly, I saw those values yesterday when I was looking through the data.
I'm just surprised that there isn't another error code stored in the system's memory.
How does the support ticket system work, and what are the costs involved?
