1.6TDI CAY, uneven running, constantly faulty injector

I am experiencing the following problem with my VW Golf 6 1.6TDI 90PS CAY:

First, a cylinder fell on the highway. Electrical fault with injector No. 3
I exchanged it for a new one, and it's working again.

However, it broke down again after just 2 weeks. I thought it might be due to the three old injectors. So, this time I used 4 new injectors. Of course, I also entered the correct values using VCDS and performed a small quantity comparison.


Then I took a test drive and after less than a kilometer, Injector No. 4 broke. Another electrical fault.


I've noticed that he has a rather rough idle when the engine is cold. And also, the gas doesn't take well at the bottom.

My theory now is that perhaps the pressure regulation valve is causing these problems. That perhaps the injectors will try to correct this and thus reach their limit.


Or does anyone else have another idea?

elektrischer Fehler im Stromkreis ist die Fehlermeldung.

Nur der Grund dafür muss etwas anderes sein, wenn es jetzt schon 3 Stück verheizt hat....

schon mal dran gedacht, hier die originale Fehlermeldung mit einem Autoscan zu posten? Die Aussage "elektrischer Fehler im Stromkreis" ist etwas ungenau.
Und dazu die VCDS Lizenz oder einen Support Key?

Ja mach ich am Abend.

Der Injektor Fehler an sich ist ja nicht ausschlaggebend. Es muss ja etwas anderes sein, was den unrunden Lauf verursacht und 3x den Injektor gekillt hat.

Habe gestern wieder einen funktionierenden Injektor eingebaut damit er läuft und die Einspritzmengenabweichung ausgelesen. Diese ist im Kalten Zustand besonders stark..
