Question about the forum (Weblog stranget)

Hello,

I have a fundamental question about the forum that hasn't become clear to me from the FAQ:

Are asking questions from NON-diesel-scooter customers generally undesirable? Or can one already (including OBD/VCDS-relevant) questions be asked, but they will then only be discussed with other forum participants, but not with Kaufmann A.? GmbH does not comment on this?

Or does this only apply to the "On-Board Diagnosis (OBD) with VCDS, Control Units" forum?

Specifically: I own an original VCDS, but it was purchased from a different dealer. I have only used it for minor tasks so far, but now I am experiencing a serious problem. Can I upload a Screenshot here in any area and ask for opinions, or should I just leave it?

Naja, so halb. Dass es Diagnose-Support (logischerweise) nur für Kunden bzw. Support-Key-Besitzer gibt, stand da ja vorher auch schon.

Mir ist nur nicht klar, ob man sich trotzdem mit anderen Forenteilnehmern austauschen kann, oder ob das auch schon als "Support" gilt und das komplette Forum eigentlich nur für Dieselschrauber-Kunden gedacht ist.

Reden, Probleme erörtern, Brainstorming geht alles ohne Supportkey, der kommt halt dann ins Spiel wenn Messwerte ermittelt werden müssen, oder ein Autoscan erforderlich ist. Eben alles was das Diagnosetool betrifft.
