Polo 6R - Exhaust pipe with throttle valve unit - where to buy?

My question to you: Have you ever encountered the problem of not being able to get a part at a reasonable price and quickly? Do you happen to know if there's a three-piece solution available? I mean, an exhaust pipe - valve - exhaust pipe combination? Or could you recommend a dealer where I can order genuine VW parts online?

That's the problem, but it might also be due to an incorrect part number.
On eBay, you can find what is called the "exhaust manifold pipe including the exhaust flap control unit J883," but it is actually listed under that specific part number. When you enter the search term in quotation marks, my Google search results show a Facebook post listing that exact part. Attached is also a photo.

It can be seen that the control unit is a welded component inside the trouser leg. I think it's really stupid.

The pipe behind the valve looks quite reddish . I think it's probably not a good idea to reuse it.
