- Is the HEX-V2 or HEX-NET system registered with Ross-Tech? If not, please refer to the enclosed instructions for system setup.
- Please provide me with an email address that I can use to register you on the English Ross-Tech forum. I also need the short serial number on the VCDS interface sticker (H1... HN...) and the long serial number from the "About..." screen in VCDS.
- Select one of your employees who will be responsible for the SFD tasks in the future. Please note that all SFD tasks are tied to a specific person, so choose carefully.
