Could someone please check where the Webasto timer is located?

The recommended location is to the left of the steering wheel, below the tachometer.
It looks like it was 'cobbled together,' does it have to be like that?

To my knowledge, there are two versions.
The first one: In the driver's side compartment, in the first small storage compartment (where the seat memory controls are located).
The second one: next to the handbrake in the small storage compartment, it looks like the controls for the small navigation system, with a display in the FIS (which probably can't be retrofitted).
