Repair of PD elements?

Hello everyone,

"About two years ago, I heard from a Bosch employee that Bosch was working on a repair solution for the particulate filter elements (PD elements). He described it as follows: the nozzle part, which is a wear item, could be replaced."
Now, my question is:
Is this repair option already available, or is it only an option for specialized maintenance companies (e.g., those dealing with replacement parts)?
Unfortunately, I've lost contact with that man, and I couldn't find anything about him in the forum.

ich hab leider keine Schnittzeichnung von einem PD-Element gefunden, nur Darstellungen vom Funktionschema. Aber wenn man sich ein Foto ansieht, kann man am Düsenteil, am Pumpenteil und am Magnetventil Sechskant-, bzw. Schlüsselflächen erkennen. Demnach sind die Dinger verschraubt und sollten dann auch zerlegbar sein (modularer Aufbau). Hat hier im Forum noch niemand ein PD-Element auseinandergenommen?? EIt would be interesting to see what's inside.
The question is also whether any adjustments are needed after disassembly and reassembly.

I'm sure there are also Bosch employees in this forum who would know about that!

Be careful with the parts. For example, PD elements from an AWX or ASZ are sometimes sold as ARL PD elements because it's generally known that they are the same. While in some cases they really were identical, there are also smaller components that wouldn't function correctly in an ARL or a performance-enhanced AJM, etc. I don't have the part numbers handy right now, but I can post them if needed.
