Sunroof hose installation: Best practices.

I had an original electric sunroof installed in my Passat 35i.
Now I need to install the drainage hoses in columns A and D.

Does anyone have any experience with how to best get them all the way into the wheel wells?

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with that, but I'm saying this before anyone else chimes in.
I would probably try using welding wire or something similar. If you glue the drainage hoses to the wire, they should be able to be pulled through the columns.

Or with an electrician's cable puller. Those are designed for that purpose.
