hi,
I'd like to know how to check the remaining mileage until the next service on my 130hp TDI-PD engine.

Vehicle data:
-96kW TDI PD
-6gang
- MFA
-GRA

As described in the manual (pressing the lower button of the MFA switch for longer than 2 seconds), it doesn't achieve the desired result!

'Thank you.'

That doesn't work in the Octavia either.

While we're on the subject:

combination instrument
1U0 920 821 F VDO V08
softcoding 23112

adaptation channels:

47 = 'liter amount in 100km' (63)
48 = 'thermal loading in 100km' (2icon_cool.gif

It seems to be related to the interval, and the values are increasing daily.

Sure, I can help you with that. Here is the translation of the German text:

'Just what do they mean, how are they interpreted?'

As for hints, here are a few things to keep in mind when interpreting the meaning of a text:

* **Consider the context.** What is the overall topic of the text? What is the author's purpose?
* **Pay attention to the language.** Are there any words or phrases that stand out to you? What do they suggest?
* **Look for patterns.** Are there any recurring themes or ideas?
* **Think about the author's perspective.** What is their point of view? How might that influence their writing?

By considering these factors, you can begin to understand the meaning of a text and how it is interpreted.

CU Gremlin.

I'm afraid I don't know either!
On a new A4, there's an extra 'service' button that, when pressed, displays the remaining mileage until the next oil change.

I'm also looking for something like that for my Golf.

Hello,

It is likely a confusing term used by VAG-COM.

Channel 47 represents the rust entry, while channel 48 indicates oil wear.

Do you have any further explanations about that?

or what formulas are used to calculate the service interval?

Hello,

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the exact algorithm. More information can also be found in the error database.

Hello,

Channel 46.
Fuel consumption (gasoline engine only).
Step size: 1 liter.

Can you estimate the mileage of a used car based on this value, assuming an average fuel consumption?

Or is channel 46 something completely different?
