Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on installing a sports suspension kit for my Datsun.

Could it be that installing gas pressure struts is the only way to raise the vehicle by 1-2 cm?

Previously, only oil pressure dampers were installed. The piston rod never had a tendency to extend. With the new ones, each damper lifts the car by about 20 kg.

Will this effect wear off?

Greetings.

Rainer.

Yes, that's correct, and no, the effect doesn't diminish or only diminishes slightly.
