TDI Engine Problems: 1.9 TDI (1Z) Issues

Regarding your problem, I don't think your 1Z engine is lacking in fuel injection .
If it's blowing out that strongly, there's probably a leak somewhere in the boost pressure system.
Otherwise, the LMM wouldn't allow such a strong Russian outflow.
Have you already checked all the charging hose connections for leaks?

It's also possible that the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system is stuck. This would explain the "pumping" phenomenon. It's best to disconnect the EGR valve, as described in the technical article.
