GRA cannot be enabled on the 90PS TDI engine.

Hello,

I have an Alhambra from 1996 with a 90PS TDI engine. The turn signal lever has been retrofitted and is functioning (you can see the response to input in the MWB 6).

However, I cannot activate the cruise control. That is, "Cruise Present" still shows 0.0...

On my A4, it shows 1.0...

I used code 11463, but nothing has changed. The ECU is the first one, and the wiring harness was also pre-made (plug and play connector directly on the lever).

What could be the reason for this?

Because I think I remember that "0.0" means "there" and "255.0" means "not installed".

I think I've found the problem. The bit for the clutch switch is set, but it doesn't change when the clutch is engaged...

In my Audi, the value of the active cruise control is 1.0, and the value when it's not active is 0.0... Therefore, I assumed that 0.0 also means "not active" in the Sharan.

The problem should therefore be solved by checking the clutch switch...

Hello, I had a similar problem myself, unlocking the GRA. Solution: In one of the unlocking guides (from the forum? - I don't remember exactly, I don't want to offend anyone), there was a wrong number in the specified unlocking code. For example, it said 11463, but it should be 11436. Maybe that's it. If not, please forget everything and don't take it personally.

the only problem is that the clutch switch is probably faulty, as it always shows "1" regardless of where the pedal is...

unfortunately, I couldn't find a switch in the documentation...
