Hello everyone.
I would appreciate your support, tips, and help. icon_smile_thumb_up.gif
My problem is that the Maxi Dot display in my car shows a message under the "Vehicle" section. Tire pressure monitoring system deactivated.
I can't understand why this message is appearing.
The tire pressure light is off, and I was able to successfully save the new tire pressures after changing the wheels.
Have any of you received this message on your display before?
I also performed a full scan with VCDS! However, I couldn't see any errors there that would be related to tire pressure.

Vehicle:
Skoda Octavia, 1.8 TSI, manufactured in 2014, engine code: CJSA.

Here's the VCDS Autoscan log attached.

Thank you very much for your help and information icon_smile.gif.

Right off the bat: I'm not an expert.

If no errors can be found, perhaps one needs to think like a developer.
The car says: "Tire pressure monitoring system deactivated."

Perhaps it's just a poorly worded expression and should actually mean: "Tire pressure warning light off" = everything is okay, no tire problems.

For testing: Reduce tire pressure by more than 0.5 bar and drive at least 1 kilometer. Then you'll know if the warning is working.

Hello Guste100.

Thank you very much for your contribution icon_smile_thumb_up.gif.
It's possible that this message means everything is okay.
I haven't even considered that yet icon_idea.gif.
However, the tire pressure warning light is not illuminated on my dashboard, and I haven't found any error messages using VCDS. I also think that it should be okay.
I will definitely check that by letting some air out of the tires and then seeing if the tire pressure monitoring light comes on.

Many thanks again for the helpful suggestion icon_biggrin.gif icon_smile_thumb_up.gif.
