Chip Tuning Report: 90HP Car - Get Your Tuning Certificate

Where can I get a performance report (tuning report) for a chip tuning modification on a 90hp TDI VP engine?
Who does that kind of thing?
I would like to have some performance enhancements registered.
There is no official inspection report (certificate) available for the current performance increase installed in my Polo.
That's why I want to have at least 120 horsepower officially registered for the car.
Who of you can help me with this?
I had already posted something on the 'Suche Markt' (search market) but no one had responded.

You're unlikely to find anyone who can help you with that, because an ABE (General Operating Permit) or any other type of approval always refers to a specific product. Since your chip doesn't have any approval, how do you plan to get it registered for something else?

I think you might not have understood something.

If you obtain any kind of expert opinion, you can immediately start driving again.

If it's supposed to be legal, you'll need... (for your car).
This specific tuning modification requires a technical report.
If your 'tuning specialist' doesn't offer it, then forget about it!!!

No problem... the important thing is that the thought was the same!

I already understand that it's not entirely legal.
But I prefer to have a performance upgrade registered so that I have something to show if I get stopped.

But anyone driving behind me can probably see that I'm not driving in stock configuration.
If I'm stopped and have registered a chip, there's a 100% higher chance that no one will look into the details compared to if nothing is registered.
