After replacing the rear brake pads and rotors today, the overhaul of the entire rear braking system is scheduled for soon.

My question:

Can the glass panes be removed using common tools (rust remover and a hammer), or are specialized tools (e.g., suction cups) required?
I hope the glass pieces can be easily removed after the saddle is disassembled.
The windows on the car were heavily rusted and could only be removed with force.
The rear wheel bearing/disc mount looks a bit less robust.

Sometimes, it's so bad that the wheel won't even come off with gentle persuasion... let alone getting the wheel nuts off, which requires a 2-meter steel pipe extension and your own body weight on the wrench...

I have developed a simple and secure procedure for such cases:

You use a flexible tool to create a roughly 3 cm long slot radially into the brake disc. Then, you position a chisel and, using a hammer, strike the chisel radially into the disc. The disc will then crack and can be easily removed -> this method works 100% .
