Golf 4 Instrument Cluster - Combo Gauge

Hello!

I want to install a 4-series instrument cluster in my 3-series, and I already have one without a CAN bus. However, the problem is that this instrument cluster doesn't display the MFA (Multifunction Display) in the center of the main screen.
According to the part numbers, there is only one version with CAN bus functionality (...920), which is available with or without MFA (Multi-Function Display). The version ending in 919 is only available once! Does this mean that this combination doesn't have an MFA at all, or is it like in the 3 Series, where it's in a small display? If so, where are the symbols for oil, etc. (The 3 Series has them on the instrument cluster)?
If any of you have a "4" (presumably referring to a lottery ticket or similar) with numbers before 99, please contact me urgently, as I can still exchange it.

My unit without CAN and MFA has the part number 1J0 919 880 D. The unit without MFA should be something like 1J0 919 850 D or similar.
