Hey guys,
I'm having the following problem!
I have a problem with the automatic fuel mixture system (AFN) in my third-generation Golf. When I start it in the morning at 0°C, it starts perfectly fine. However, once it's warmed up, it's very difficult to start; I have to engage the starter for about 5-8 seconds before it will turn over.
What could be the reason for that?
So, we're having some very significant warm-start issues...
I have already exchanged the following:
I replaced the fuel injection pump, adjusted the timing advance two days ago, and replaced the water temperature sensor on the cylinder head. What else could be causing this problem?
What would you say?
Please help me because this problem is very annoying.

It's quite frustrating to have to wait so long all the time.
Regards,
Manu.
