Car Door Squeak? Fix Rattling Passenger Door

Ich habe zur Zeit die beschriebenen Probleme. Die Fahrertür knackt und knirscht sowohl bei Bodenunebenheiten als auch beim Gasgeben und Abbremsen. By tapping.
The noise collection cannot be reproduced.

Something is rattling in the passenger-side door, especially at different engine speeds, but particularly when the accelerator is released from 2000 RPM in second gear.


I don't suspect a problem with the driver's door, but with the passenger door, the noise can be stopped or significantly reduced if I press the door lock button and keep my finger on it.
Could this be related to the locking rod?

I'm about to try and remove the door panels myself (just the top part with the mirror adjustment and door handle, if possible).
Is there a trick or any tips on how to best remove the cladding?

The vehicle is a VW Bora 1.9 TDi, manufactured in 2000.

The front doors were locked from the inside.
Someone has stuck felt pads here and there, but that rattling seems to be coming from inside the passenger door, at least.

"On my Golf, the creaking sound from the driver's side door was coming from the door latch (the spring). It happened every time I braked and accelerated. I applied some good lubricating spray, and the noise stopped. The noise started shortly (2 months) after the inspection. The VW service had applied their usual white grease there."
The door latch also made noises for me. A silicone spray has provided lasting silence so far.

As an experienced car body builder, I can offer the following tip: Remove the door panels and take a ride with the passenger, listening carefully to where the noise is coming from. Rattling linkages are a common cause, both for locking and unlocking.

Also, in the category where my car received a 'very good' rating (indicated by a star), there were also reported issues such as rattling window mechanisms and screws mysteriously loosening from various door components, including control units, etc.

Self-releasing door latch mechanisms from the site bag were also not uncommon.

The black, modified latch may help with the driver's door, if it hasn't already been installed.
Experimentally, wrap 1-2 layers of electrical tape around the ironing surface. If the problem is then resolved, replace it.

However, I don't think this will completely eliminate that rattling sound, especially the one coming from the passenger door. You can still try the tape, though. If that doesn't help, the problem is likely with the interior components of the door. Pay particular attention to the locking mechanism and also check the window lifter mechanism.
