Okay, Dr. House... I thought you could look at the symptoms (of which there are several, and which I have described in detail) and therefore make a diagnosis or suggest a possible illness.
The problem is this: I have this kind of "stupid online auction site" scraper (wow, I can't write "eBay"), but it can't extract everything, and the customer service is incredibly rude (!!!). Is there anyone here who's knowledgeable about this and lives in or near the Hanover area?
I thought it might be a common disease that would be immediately recognizable by its symptoms...
