Unfortunately, the wagon whips are particularly problematic, as they are used by the "OBD-Stricher" shop around the corner, where questionable files are used, and the machine is mercilessly and brainlessly abused as a result.

Such a clever use of sarcasm combined with really pointed language! Unbelievable! Nowadays, all you hear about are Waldorf school-related nonsense (I hope I'm not offending anyone with this). And "we all love each other".

Can the VW dealer also check the engine while it's still intact - perhaps using an endoscope, for example, to see something through the openings of the spark plugs?

Looking through an endoscope is possible.
Measure compression!
Did the tow truck driver just say that?

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, the tow truck hasn't been able to tow my Touareg to the garage yet.
He will go there on Monday.

So, I'm buying another used car - but only from a dealer and with a valid VAT invoice, as I will be using this car again in my company.
Do you know that it's profitable, or are you just saying that?
Okay, thanks for the tip about the MSG.
I will now pay attention to this every time I buy a used one.
Well, what can I say, honestly, I can't realistically create a new one in the configuration I want, to be honest.
My wishes are actually quite simple:
- at least 6-cylinder
- Good features (including Navi)
- Towing capacity of more than 1.6 tons.
- All-wheel drive
I will probably have to rely on a larger model.

Examination with an endoscope is possible.

Okay, but my question was whether a VAG dealer can also do it, and whether they have the equipment for that?
Compression happens naturally after endoscopy, I think, or am I wrong?
The tow truck driver said that he had been seeing more and more Touaregs or T5s with the 5-cylinder diesel engine, which were exhibiting the same problems as mine.
He has his own independent workshop, and they probably see something like that quite often there.
What do you think? What is the chance that it is something else, i.e. a less severe problem than a hole in the piston in the previous case?
Greetings and a wonderful weekend.
Marcus

Hello everyone,
It's confirmed.
Just now, I received a call from my VW dealer:
- Major engine damage - Hole in the 2nd cylinder. Zylinders - likely due to a faulty PD element.
Means: Selling a Touareg with engine problems.
Best regards
Marcus

Hello again,
Okay, the Touareg has now completed its final journey to Belarus, on a tow truck - it's gone now.
The buyer started it up again and then drove it onto the trailer.
'During the test run, it performed relatively normally, but only on 4 cylinders.'
When I pressed the accelerator, the oil pressure gauge immediately popped back out, and there was a strong, bluish smoke coming from the gauge.
However, the only smoke coming from the exhaust was white, and it was quite strong, but really just white.
My new [PRODUCT NAME] is already at the retailer. I will receive it on Monday.
Touareg V8, fully equipped, USA re-import with LPG conversion (still 2 years warranty remaining).
I was already registered in Germany, so register under my name, get in, drive, have fun
Greetings
Marcus

Hi, enjoy the V8, I got myself a Chevy with a 5.0L V8 for Sundays, you don't really get anything else, anyway. It's a Monte Carlo from '79. For us, it's a welcome change from the "knatter-tdi's".

Hello,
Thank you...
But it's also a beautiful piece that you've acquired.
Greetings
