They couldn't find any errors with my device, so I disconnected the battery for 30 seconds.

Nonsense. Here's what I've figured out now:
- If the vehicle was locked remotely, the key fob will only unlock the driver's door; all other doors will remain locked initially.
- If the vehicle was previously unlocked remotely and then locked with the key, the key will open all doors.

However, I don't quite understand the meaning. Why don't you just try it out for yourself?

Then the mechanical opening is disabled. You can also adjust it. Or the lock is defective. }
