Are there any specific things I should look for when buying one? Should I focus on better quality or a specific manufacturer?

Yes, there is: )
...use an original sensor, as the experiences with the durability and plausibility of the values from the imitations are rather mixed.
This will only lead to more frustration and cost money anyway: wink:

Thanks, Empire! I ordered an original differential pressure sensor.

Installed it today, and the error is fixed. Then I calibrated the pressure sensor.

After calibration, the pressure difference was 5 mbar. I then took a log and after about the third calibration, the pressure difference was 0 mbar.

I hope this sensor doesn't fail again. The previous one only lasted about 10 days. :(

When the DPF is in standby mode, the pressure difference should be between 3 and 7 mbar.
In my case, the pressure difference is approximately 15 mbar.
I suspect that this is related to the load coefficient of around 20%.
