Hello,

I looked around today, but I didn't find what I was hoping for (although that's probably also due to my current lack of skill/ability).
I do not have access to the Battery Management System (BMS) module (STG 61) or the battery charger module (STG 71), as it cannot detect these modules (see images 6, 7, and .

Instead of looking at the STG61 (battery management), I decided to examine the STG09 (central electronics), but I couldn't find anything related to the battery there. (See pictures 4 and 5).

I looked into the diagnostic interface (STG 19) a bit further and found some information related to my battery (see pictures 2 and 3). Apparently, they are really hidden and scattered throughout the control units.

Are these data all easily changeable for the new battery, or is there anything else I need to consider?

Is it possible for me to display my battery status in the same way that Rainer described in his post above? Or does my Audi not have that feature?

Hello,

The battery status and other related information should be found within the extended data of the respective control unit.
I would either install a battery of the exact same type or test beforehand to ensure that the desired setting actually works.
