The connectors are designed such that when disconnected, they always create a short circuit bridge towards the spark plug.
close, long before the actual connections are severed.
So, if the plug is not fully inserted -> short circuit.

According to MWB 6, my GRA is enabled but not active.
According to MWB 22, my device only displays the switch position "000000", regardless of the lever's actual position. So, there must be a problem with the wiring, right?
