Hello, I'm experiencing the same issues with an Audi A8 4H. The control unit cannot be calibrated; it's being aborted for safety reasons, and the coding attempts have also been unsuccessful. The problem is that someone used a Chinese VCDS to modify the Audi, specifically to lower it. Since that person worked on the car, the Audi is now only lowered in the front. Additionally, the message "Vehicle height exceeded" is displayed. Every attempt to resolve the problem has so far been unsuccessful. Before the Chinese VCDS was used, the suspension system was working perfectly; everything was functioning correctly. I would be very grateful if someone could give me some advice on how to solve this problem, as the Audi has been sitting idle for 3 months.

The "Motivation" field is missing data for either the automatic scan or the customer status.

Hi.

I would try to manually adjust the front and rear axle heights using VCDS to a usable level. Then, as described in the instructions, I would clear the values and enter the default values, such as 415 for the front and 405 for the rear, and then calibrate. Perhaps it will then revert to a mode that can be properly calibrated.

It's crucial to follow the exact sequence specified in the instructions, otherwise the programming will fail. I've unfortunately encountered the same problem again, but the cause is a level regulator that's malfunctioning. I ordered a new one and am waiting for another attempt...

Matthias.
