First, a little warning! :
I've replaced all the vacuum lines with metal because they were constantly bursting and the plastic pipes were also failing! And? The hoses are very expensive!
Now, after testing yesterday, I discovered that the vacuum line from the LLK to the intake manifold is getting very hot! The LLK is too small! It needs to be replaced!
Okay, here's my proposal for the conversion!
Very large turbo! A 1.8T turbo or a turbo from a TDI PD engine can be found on eBay for a small price. In addition, the pump should be converted to 11 mm, and the injectors from a 2.5 TDI AEL should be used!
Is this the right way to go? Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative conversion?
The diesel engine really needs to be able to go forward!
