The ASZ engine doesn't have a K03 turbocharger; it has a KP-39 or a GT1749VA. It depends, among other things, on whether it's a crosswise or lengthwise installation.
Firstly, you can simply cut out the bracket and have the cut-out piece welded back in place, but upside down. It's going great.
A simpler option would be the GT1749VA without the manifold, which fits perfectly with the AFN engine and exhibits similar performance characteristics to the VB. Only the hose/pipe between the compressor outlet and the pipe leading to the low-pressure coolant needs to be adjusted.
Nothing seems to be working with VB anymore! Neither the support bracket, nor the downpipe, the rear engine mount, the oil return system, the oil supply system, the intercooler, or the intake snorkel are present... however, at this point, the engine is unrecognizable.
For the intake manifold, I simply had a small flange machined.
