good evening,
After cleaning and partially replacing the fuel system of my 1999 VW T4 TDI 65 kW, I need some engine settings from someone. (Also, if possible, the ACV settings).
The fuel tank was heavily corroded inside. It appears the previous owner never drained the fuel.
I have measured the voltage before the disconnection (0.68V). What value do you have?
measurement block 1, 3rd value
motor off - ignition on - read with vag-com:
giver voltage control? ----------I have 0.68V
engine idling
idle speed??--------------I have 1500 rpm
fuel injection amount??---------------mine is 0.0 0.2 mg-horn
Can someone please email me their or the ideal data?
It would be great if someone could take the time.
I am also happy to help others.
greetings to the admin
thank you, Michael Karrer |

...although I don't have such a vehicle, but I would bet that the injection amount is not correct...I have a 1Z-TDI and the amount at idle is around 5mg/stroke...if I understand correctly, it shows a too low amount for you, but therefore injects too much...try adjusting it by moving the MSW to around 4.5-5mg/stroke and see what happens Audi 80 Avant TDI 430.000km |

Hello Michael,
I think using a mobile phone number as a nickname is a bit unfortunate, as there are already plenty of people who enjoy using that. At your request, I will change your login, just let me know.
To disable the ESP: The easiest way is to adjust it when the engine is warm and running, without any electrical loads being switched on. Simply move the fuel metering unit so that 4-7 mg/stroke is displayed as the injection volume at idle.
