VW 2.4 AAB: Install Turbocharger?

I intend to install a turbocharger on my T4 2.4 MKB: AAB, AT engine in the next 15,000 km to increase its power.

Has anyone had experience with these kinds of modifications?

What do you think about it?

It's something for gasoline engines. Therefore, it's better to do a turbo conversion .
