How about using a thick threaded rod, two nuts, and a pipe for support?
Insert the threaded rod into the tube, and then place the tube onto the control arm, passing the threaded rod through the bushing that needs to be removed.
The pipe must have a larger inner diameter than the sleeve being removed. Alternatively, two angle irons can be used for support.
Then, add two suitable nuts or similar items onto the threaded rod, place the nut on top, and tighten

-> It costs almost nothing, and with an M12, you can pull quite a bit.
