Hello,
It's about a 2005 Audi A6 4F Avant 3.0 TDI quattro with full equipment.
The interface is the HEX-CAN-USB from dieselschraubershop.
After my acquaintance's instrument cluster was incorrectly coded, as described
HERE, we managed to enter a different coding.
From that point on, we were able to code everything (the reason was to disable the seatbelt warning).
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to enter a coding value greater than 2000xxx. VAGOM 504 indicates that only values up to 1478xxx can be entered.
According to the table on de.openxxx.org, his A6 would result in a number greater than 3,000,000. Therefore, we need to display the Avant as a sedan in the onboard computer, because we can no longer add the number 1024 to the first four digits of the seven-digit number.
Do I need to use a different version of VAGCOM, or does anyone else have any ideas?
[edit: It didn't work with 512.1 either.]
Thank you for the information.
Sure, here's the translation:
"Best regards," or "Sincerely,".
dakoal
