My vehicle vibrates in the front axle (without any audible noise) for example when exiting the highway in gear, as well as at a constant speed in the Lumen and when decelerating in neutral until the speed drops below 30 km/h, at which point the effect of gravity is almost negligible.

In long-radius highway curves (to the right), this is also partially noticeable.
In left-hand turns and straight-line driving, the front axle behaves normally under all load conditions.
The frequency of the vibration corresponds to the wheel's rotational speed.
Tires, wheels, wheel bearings, and all control arms are in good condition. Drive shafts are sealed.
It feels as though there is a problem with the length adjustment of the inner joint on the left drive shaft.

I hope that someone can help me and that I can avoid a swap.

If you have already narrowed down the cause, then simply remove the gearbox-side of the driveshaft and play around with the joint a bit. Perhaps, one can already notice a certain peculiarity.

I will check this soon, as I am also planning to replace the clutch anyway.
It's not that the vibrations are very strong, but they are definitely noticeable. Interestingly, they are barely noticeable as long as I own the car (20,000 km), and only become noticeable when there are corresponding centrifugal forces acting on the front axle.
A defective inner joint should also be noticeable when driving straight ahead under load.

Maybe someone among us has already solved this specific problem, especially with the 3B5.
