VW Polo 1.4 TDI: Central Locking Malfunction?

Hello everyone,

Sometimes the central locking system on my Polo malfunctions. I can lock the car with the remote control. The turn signals indicate the locking process, the car is locked, and the alarm system is activated.
If I reconnect to the car's control unit, the turn signals start working, the alarm system is deactivated, and the doors remain locked. However, the locking actuators are not responding. I then have to unlock the car using the key.
Sometimes, everything just works out the way it's supposed to.
All the technology is original Volkswagen.
No errors are registered in the control unit.

Can someone help me?

Where is the comfort control unit located in a Volkswagen Polo 9N?
