Hello!
There are many different opinions about it, and even the 'helpful' ones couldn't assist me.
It is said that two different engines are used in the Golf V 2.0 TDI (103 kW), supposedly since the 2007 model year.
It features two engine types: a two-valve engine (in conjunction with a DPF), and a four-valve engine with a balance shaft and modified injection (possibly piezo-electric) - without a DPF.
What is correct in this situation? What are the advantages and disadvantages of the 'newer' engine (if it is installed)?
Thank you.
Regards,
Razor.
