Kunifer10 Brake Lines: Legal in Germany?

The rigid brake lines on my Golf are rusty. I found Kunifer 10 lines as a rust-free alternative to the steel lines.
What does the TÜV (German technical inspection agency) say about it? Is the material approved for use in our country?
There are brass overlay screws for this, although they are also sometimes made of steel. What about those?
