I used VAG-COM to read data from control module byte 11, and I obtained values for "absolute pressure" (block 2), a value with no unit specified (block 3), and duty cycle (%).
Question: What does "block3" exactly mean? (In the diagram, I have labeled it as "boost pressure"). icon_redface.gif
and why are the pressure values so far apart, ranging from 1250 to 2250 U/min?

The Bora has been chipped (tuned).

Block 011 is supposed to be:

Speed.
Sure, here's the translation:

"Should be printed."
Is it pressure?
Key ratio.

Your tractor isn't building up pressure as quickly as it should.

Kannst du mal alle Bloeck ueber die Zeit auftragen, wenn du bei 1500 im 3. "Vollgas" is available.

Best to include a 003-008-011 log right away.

Okay, please provide the German text you would like me to translate into English. I will only provide the translation.
Transparency, Teamwork
... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

hey dieselmartin

I've set up "Log in" and "Upload." It would be great if you could take a look at it and give me your feedback.
I now have 91,000 km (approximately 56,000 miles) on the car, of which 65,000 km (approximately 40,000 miles) were driven with modifications.
Can these logs be interpreted as wear or a precursor to damage?

icon_redface.gif what does "block" mean in the context of MWB 003?
1 = Speed/RPM
2 = Injection quantity icon_question.gif (should be).
3 = Injection quantity icon_question.gif (is).
4 = Injection quantity icon_question.gif (###)

"Thank you."

The LD boost ratio in your logs seems a bit low. This could be due to either the turbocharger being overboosted (possible leak in the charge air system?), or there might be an issue in the control circuit between the N75 valve and the VTG wastegate (e.g., insufficient vacuum / hose problems, misaligned VTG rod...).

Regarding your modifications:
When you calculate the ratio between air mass and opacity, the possible "mass lambda" is often significantly below 1 even at low loads! This would mean that the engine would become a terrible emitter of soot with every acceleration... it seems to me like some kind of cheap, poorly-tuned modification icon_evil.gif.

If the quantity specifications at full throttle are correct, the engine also operates within the Pmax range with an approximately mass-lambda of 1. This, as far as I know, drives exhaust temperatures to unprecedented heights because the combustion of the last portion of the total fuel mixture proceeds quite slowly when air deficiency begins. (Exaggeratedly put: the last remnants of the mixture are still burning while the exhaust gases are already flowing through the turbocharger turbine.) The high "process start temperatures" (LLT) due to the small SMIC add to this. icon_arrow.gif That's how you program a VTG turbine. new_tomato.gif

Regarding the MWB 11 issue: It's possible that your charger is already damaged because of this...
