A6 2.5 TDI: Fuse Location (C4)

Hello, can someone give me a little help...?
... Where is the ELAB fuse (electrical shut-off valve of the fuel injection pump) located on a 1994 A6 2.5 TDI (C4)? I can't find that blasted thing, and my repair manual doesn't have the wiring diagrams.
After not finding anything anywhere else, I suspect it might be located in the lower right corner of the passenger footwell, or am I wrong? What is the amperage rating of the fuse? Or does anyone happen to have a wiring diagram?

Is that located slightly below and to the side of the ESP (Electronic Stability Program) unit?

There might still be a few safety devices hidden in the water tank according to the German Machinery Safety Act (Maschinenrichtlinie).

Okay guys, the ELAB is located on top of the ESP unit, and I'm looking for the fuse that goes with it (not the ELAB itself). It's not listed in the fuse box inside the water tank, and my MStG (engine control module) is located under the rear seat, but there's no fuse there either...

According to my documentation, the N109 (Plus) is directly connected to pin 3 of the MSTG.
It obtains its mass from a mass connection located in the engine compartment wiring harness.

Hi, it's possible that the MSTG (Multi-System Control Unit) is located in the passenger footwell, and that the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) module is under the rear seat bench... but definitely not in the water container, as that only contains relays and fuses, and certainly not any for the ELAB (Electric Load Analysis Box).
If the ELAB is directly connected to the MSTG without any protection, I don't want to imagine what would happen if there was a short circuit. Or is that not critical? By the way, in my setup, it gets its ground connection through the fuel injection pump (where it's screwed in) and/or the engine block/body.

Either the semiconductor switch in the MSTG demonstrates its short-circuit withstand capability, or...
